Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
