Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@samsoniteoutlets.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange your item for a different model or color, please contact us at support@samsoniteoutlets.shop. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
